What if I need to cancel?
Cancel any time before the session for a full refund, no questions asked. You can also reschedule to another time for free.
What actually happens in a session?
A 30-minute 1:1 video call on Merit. If you've added your resume, your consultant reads it before you meet and comes with specific notes. The rest is yours: interview prep, salary questions, career moves, whatever you booked them for.
Do I need my resume ready to book?
No. The resume is optional and you can add it any time after booking, right up to the session.

Do I need an account first?
